We provide a 5-year limited warranty for all Jati & Kebon Furniture products, with the exception of cushions and protective covers, against manufacturing and material errors. You can find more info in the General Terms & Conditions.

End Consumers: If you are a consumer seeking warranty service, please contact the dealer or retailer from whom you purchased the end product.
Dealers, retailers and trade partners: Please contact your Jati & Kebon sales or customer service representative for warranty claims.
Upon receiving your request, we will investigate the issue. If it complies with the warranty conditions, we will offer you a solution as soon as possible. For example, by sending missing parts, repairing damaged parts or replacing your purchased item. If your item is no longer available, we will look for a suitable solution.

Where can I find the product's technical sheets?
You can print a product's technical sheet straight from the product details page. Open any one product and click on the link "Print Page" just beneath the product's tile and item reference number. This print preview can then be saved as pdf or directly printed.
What information is required for submitting a warranty claim?
In the event of a (warranty) claim, we require the following information to be able to handle the claim with the best care:
- a brief description,
- detailed pictures,
- the product code/reference item number,
- reference of invoice number with date,
- location of furniture,
- and any other relevant information.
